Who we are

What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, the details of your visit (date, time, party size and booking type) and any notes you choose to add, such as dietary requirements or a special occasion.

When a booking requires payment, that payment is taken by our payment provider, Dojo. We do not see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to take and manage your booking, to contact you about it (confirmations, reminders and any changes), and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you (your booking), our legitimate interest in running the venue and its bookings, and, where it applies, compliance with a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share your information with our payment provider, Dojo, so that payments can be taken, and with the service providers who host and run this booking system on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then we delete them.

Your rights
